I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Lyndsay and I love to cook!
I think of cooking as a hobby; a chance to unwind from a busy day and focus on something that will benefit you for a change. It can also be viewed as an art that can be enjoyed by anyone, especially friends and family that will have the pleasure of enjoying your finished product.
My passion for cooking roots from a newly acquired knowledge of food and nutrition which I owe to a few select publications. The decision to become vegetarian was pure and simple; vegetables are earth friendly, delicious and full of essential vitamins and nutrients.
